How to Book

Box Office at Grove Park Theatre in Wrexham

There are several ways that you can book tickets for all of our productions:

Online: Book using our online booking system. You will need a credit or debit card to make your order. We have now moved to an E-Ticket system where you will receive a confirmation email of your booking.

By phone: call 01978 351 091 during box office opening hours (see below). We accept payments by debit and credit cards.

In person: by visiting the theatre’s box office during opening hours.

By post: please write to the Box Office Manager at Grove Park Theatre, Hill Street, Wrexham LL11 1SN enclosing a cheque. Please also enclose an SAE if you would like your tickets posted to you.

Box Office Opening Times

We are hoping to open Box Office every Saturday from 11:00am to 12:00pm
During the run of any performance for ½ an hour before the performance starts

Wheelchair Access Information

We have access for one wheelchair and an accessible toilet. Please notify us of any access requirements when booking.

Conditions of Sale

Tickets and Booking Fees are not refundable
Before completing your order, carefully review your event selection making sure that you have selected the exact seats you require for the correct show, on the correct date
Please make sure you are aware of any ticket or age restrictions before purchasing your tickets
We are unable to take seat reservations, except for the pantomime
Exchanges Subject to availability, we may be able to exchange tickets for another performance. Ticket Exchanges will not be possible once the performance start time has passed.
ALL Children MUST have their own seat
Occasionally, events may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. When this occurs, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if applicable

Seaon Tickets

Season Tickets offer discounted prices for seats for our main season of plays, excluding the panto, on a first come first served basis.
The cost of a Season Ticket reduces proportionately as each play of the season finishes.
If a play is sold out before you are able to book your seat, we will refund a proportionate value of the overall Season Ticket price. It is at your discretion to ask for a refund in this case.

E-Ticket - All tickets purchased online are now E-Tickets. Please bring a copy of your email confirmation
